He specializes in legal and economic analysis of market operations. He has worked in the public and private sectors in merger control, monopolistic practices, relevant market definition, as well as in competition law compliance programs.
Previously he worked as General Coordinator of Concentrations at the Federal Economic Competition Commission (COFECE) and as head of department at the Federal Court of Tax and Administrative Justice (Tribunal Federal de Justicia Fiscal y Administrativa).”
