Economist | Director of Economic Studies
María Carolina has been dedicated mainly to economic and financial consulting, preparing expert reports for clients such as companies, regulatory authorities and law firms, both national and international. Some of these reports have been presented in litigation, and commercial and investment arbitration cases.
Additionally, he has promoted the preparation of economic studies for companies and associations, playing a relevant role in the Pro Bono area of the company.
Her experience covers topics such as antitrust, post-M&A damages, quantum of damages, valuations, public policy, market research, among others. Miss Evans has worked in industries such as food, energy banking and financial services, ports, among others.
Her work also includes the valuation of financial assets, business and project financing.
María Carolina completed with honors the Advanced Valuation course taught by Professor Aswath Damodaran at NYU Stern School of Business.
