Agustín Barrientos is an economist with experience in research and teaching. Currently, he works as an economic analyst at FK Economics in the Santiago office.

At FK Economics, he has primarily focused on economic analysis in matters of antitrust and arbitration, preparing expert reports and presentations in the port, education, healthcare, and payment media industries.

Mr. Barrientos holds a degree in Business Engineering with a major in Economics from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, as well as a Master’s degree in Economics from the same university, earning distinction honors in both programs.

In the academic field, he worked as a teaching assistant for several economics courses at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, as well as a research assistant for Professor Nicolás Figueroa.
