Partner

Jorge Fantuzzi is a partner and co-founder of FK Economics, where he leads the firm’s practice in Latin America, based in Chile.

Mr. Fantuzzi specializes in the economic fields of Industrial Organization and Microeconometrics, with a particular focus on economic damage estimation in international arbitration and competition law cases.

He has extensive experience in preparing economic reports presented before competition authorities, civil courts, and arbitration tribunals. He has also served as an expert witness in various proceedings and jurisdictions. His work has earned him recognition as a Thought Leader in the Quantum of Damages category by Lexology.

Some of the industries in which he has provided economic expertise include electricity generation, airlines, banking, supermarkets, pharmaceuticals, beverages, television content production, and dairy, among others.

Additionally, Mr. Fantuzzi has been a professor of Introduction to Economics and Productivity Policies at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, as well as a professor of Industrial Organization at both Universidad de los Andes and Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez.

Mr. Fantuzzi holds a degree in Business and Economics (with a specialization in Economics) from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, a Master’s in Economics (with a specialization in Industrial Organization) from the same institution, and a Master’s in Public Policy from the University of Chicago.
