Empirical methods consultant
Economist and civil engineer in computer science, with interest in economic development, social development, industrial organization, regulated industries, institutions, private-state relations and communities. For more than a decade he has worked in the formulation and evaluation of public policy and social policy in the State and in prestigious research centers.
He is currently the director of the Business Management program at Universidad Diego Portales.
